LPasko, All I did was call my broker,in this case Schwab, and tell them to convert. They had to send the shares away(to the transfer agent?). I waited about 45 days. I presumed it took so long because of merger plans and working out details. Not really sure. This was a new experience for me. Hope this helps. I haven't checked my positions yet. Just back from knitting group and doing my DD for tomorrow's trading. You might want to ask somebody on this thread who is much more in the know than I am about whether or not conversion would be wise at this point. Good luck. Becky
