Daniel, I agree with your assessment. Looks like this was a desperaton deal! The recent IBM technology in laptops (don't know name) is an indicaton that AXC doesn't have the only show in town. Since you are long on AXC where do you think it will go without KM. I think without KM the herd will flow out and the stock is headed for $5. If the talking heads on CNBC and the writers of Individual Investor Mag. start to bad mouth AXC it will tank. I have the patience to wait and am in at 10+; whats your guess for 97? David
