Having said all the above I would agree that Nixon would have had to be convicted of the aforementioned"high crimes and misdemeanors" before he was impeached.His resignation was probably because he believed this would be so.BTW BC is of course not my hero.Surely you don't believe that because one disagrees with you on this issue it is tantamount to hero worship.You can do better.This will have to be continued at a later date .I got to go.
