VANTAGE - Zitel a Y2K public company is buying Matridigm a company that they owned about 1/3 rd. They are renaming the public company Matridigm, because it's name is worth more than Zitel's. It's just extra paperwork for the lawyers. I want FNTN to buy a company and get size to become small cap. But it must be a great fit or the situation gets worse. :) BellBoy
