Dave are you even a shareholder? We have heard your IPR argument time and again. . The question I have for you, is what's your angle? Are you trying to showcase your IPR analysis skills? Or are you trying to annoy everyone and toute Erickson. I really believe your post's are getting redundent, and Your point's weak. The bottom line is that CDMA will grow by leap's and bound's with or without ETSI or European integration. This has nothing to do with IPR's! We have all conceded that nobody knows how the IPR debate will end. We are saying that, To Us, it really doesnt matter. So leave the horse alone, the damn thing's dead! As with MMilms I have my money where my mouth is also! If your betting on Erickson I hope the pay for Lawyer's is increasing, because your stock picks arnt going to add to your bottom line!
