"Proxies Against Rene"

To all shareholders,
Rene is at it again, folks! Weeks ago the mailing list for all
shareholders was requested from Thermo Tech, and by law we were
supposed to receive it within 10 days. To date, no list has
been received and no explanation either. Well Rene, we will
fight fire with fire! I have the perfect answer!
My e-mail is full of requests asking what to do with your proxies. Today I
set up a mailbox especially for this purpose.
Just follow these simple instructions:
1- Sign and date your proxy at the bottom.
2- Print MY name as APPOINTEE in the space provided.
My full correct name is: Peter Lukianenko
3- Mail your proxy to the following address:

Make sure you get this information right. If you are a long
ways off and feel your proxy won't arrive in time, please use
reliable couriers such as UPS or Fed-Ex- etc. If I receive them
no later than October 26-27 all is well. My plane leaves on
Thursday 29th.
This will serve 2 important purposes.
#1- My plane ticket is bought and paid for, and my room is
booked! I will be there on your behalf.
#2- A real big reason is that Rene will not know in advance
how many shares we have in total! You see, if they are mailed
to Montreal Trust by the due date, Rene will know our count
already on Thursday the 29th. So the bigger the pile is over
here, the greater the thump will be on the desk on Friday!
Since Rene and company have kept us all so informed in the
past, I think we can reciprocate with some of the same lavish
attention!!
Just to clarify something, do not fill in or mark the rest of
the form. Leave it blank other than those specific instuctions
I gave.
