If any of you are interested in reading the various proposals submitted to the ITU for 3G systems you can find them at itu.int I believe most if not all are in .pdf file format. So far I have obtained copies of CDMA2000(USA TIA TR45.5), W-CDMA(Japan ARIB) and UTRA(ETSI SMG2). These three run to 300+ pages each and are in excruciating technical detail. Enjoy Walt
