The following are the cost:
airfare---609.00 from toronto to st martin
---20.00 from st martin to anguilla
---790 per week minus 30% because my dad
is having chelation.
--- 125 per chelation treatment
--- 25 for blood tests
----25 for vitamins
--- physician on site Dr Edgar and Dr Nemic
--- We live in toronto.
Have not had a response yet as to whether I get a discount
as a shareholder. Hope this helps.
