Siebel systems reinvestment rate has dropped or leveled consistently for the last three quarters. Look for this to manifest itself in a lower growth rate in the near future. This phenomenon is commonplace in high growth companies that reach a certain mass. Consistent reinvestment is the primary precursor to shareholder value.
