Message 6020025 L M Ericsson loses their marbles and says QUALCOMM had no intellectual property needed for 3G-W-CDMA-SETI-VW. We can therefore assume all negotiations and discussions with QUALCOMM are cancelled and L M Ericsson will go ahead with their brilliant creation, which they started developing in 1989. Oh well, it will save QUALCOMM time wasted negotiating with L M Ericsson scum who must have known all the time they were decrying cdma in mobile as impossible and Bill Frezza, paid by L M Ericsson, was calling Irwin Jacobs and QUALCOMM a fraud. This is their position on it all now. Until tomorrow I suppose. Mqurice
