Kip: The Big Boys realize the Retirement letters are on the way! If the Boys are NOT ready for John Q. Public to panic out of the Market, a substantial rally at this time would stall the move! If they are ready, look out below! Monday would make an interesting historical day for a plunge. If so today and Friday could be used to set it up!
