One of the traditional Wall Street events is foreign buying on the open. Foreign traders/investors frequently place their orders for shares in the US market before the open. Apparently FGRX does have foreign interest. I am guessing that FGRX will acquire foreign company in medical field. It was suggested to me that the big run up in FGRX to 7/8 was caused by major foreign physician buying on the open. I have no evidence to suggest that it will happen again, other than the rumor that additional foreign buying is likely one of these days.
