New director and name change Consolidated Rich Capital Corp CRH Shares issued 2,083,726 Oct 14 close $0.85 Thu 15 Oct 98 News Release Mr. Randy Schuette reports At the company's annual general shareholders' meeting, Dorwin Anderson, businessman, of Surrey, B.C., was elected to the board of directors. Ken Dubeta was not re-elected. Also at the meeting the shareholders passed a resolution to change the company's name to EnterWest Capital Corp.
