Re: A few comments on today's news release

It's been almost a year since Alydaar first said they planned to acquire technology companies and/or technology that complemented their internal software tools, i.e SmartCode, and thus their goal to be perceived as a leading edge technology company. During that time they were many "almosts". But one key phrase kept popping up "hey, we can do that ourselves... and better."

Finally it appears Alydaar has found a company in SenseNet that not only has the type of ERP tools Alydaar obviously has been looking for, but a Fortune 500 client list that shows they are viable in the marketplace. For more on SenseNet, see: sensenet.com.

If you look carefully, you will note that this press release came from Ogilvy Public Relations, a high-powered PR and Advertising Agency out of New York City. What we are seeing in today's press release is merely step one in a series of announcements Alydaar will make about their post-2000 strategy. A rollout, if you will. And it's also the first step in the "selling of Alydaar" to the Street as more than just a Y2K company. For investors, that's the best thing about today's release.
