Saratoga and Fresh Juice announced ,yesterday, that they have renegotiated the terms of its acquisition of FRSH due to market conditions. Saratoga said in a statement that it plans to buy FRSH for $2.244 in cash and 0.33 shares of its common stock. The previous agreement called for Saratoga to buy Fresh Juice in an all-cash transaction worth $3.35 per share or $21.8 million. The merger is expected to close late in the 4th quarter if all conditions are met.
