Pretty certain it will be the first of several downgrades. Wall Street rightly dislikes uncertainty and LSI's restructuring mode means uncertainty for the next 4-6 months at least. Tack on the uncertainty in the global economies and there's a perfect picture! Going to be in "Going Nowhere But Steady (or Down - ugh) Heck" for the next little/long while I think. Shane.
