Irby--re your questions

I primarily use Lind Waldock and have for years though I have an account with another outfit in case the unexpected happens and I can't get thru to LW and need to create an off-setting position.

I have been reasonably satisfied with them though we have our ups and downs -- service has been reasonable, fills are so so. I know that there are some who don't care for LW. We have a love/hate relationship:)

I opened my account with them mainly because at the time they were the only discount broker who would allow me to trade futures in a pension type account -- and so I kept the other accounts with them.

I think that they do have some form of web trading but I will not use it because I don't feel able to trade the futures through that mode given my style of trading.

Not sure how anyone is able to feel comfortable using web trading when it comes to the futures--but then I may just be old-fashioned. I will not even trade options thru the web.
