Cambridge Energy Acquires Indonesian
Production and Operations

LAFAYETTE, La.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 15, 1998--Cambridge Energy
Corp. (OTC BB:CNGG), announced Thursday the purchase of Intermega Energy Pte. Ltd. today.

The Indonesian operation includes 32 wells in three producing fields delivering more than 1600 barrels of oil per day (bopd)
in current production with potential for further development and rework prospects in the future. Cambridge expects to
increase its revenues by more than $7 million per year with this transaction and add approximately $7 million in assets to its
balance sheet.
