A surprise second goes to the Eyetel inSight 2500 (beta version). As far as functionality, the product showed the expected feature set. The fact that the system works with Pentium and lower-end 486s makes it attractive to an installed base. The required operating system is Windows 95. The installation and setup were painless and straightforward and the interface was quite user-friendly. The only major shortfall is the lack of TCP/IP capability. The online documentation is clear and concise, with color graphics that depict the step-by-step process. Technical support was adequate, and the technician made sure we were aware of the added features." ~Madly
