Did you read that Seymour Hersh article in this week's New Yorker? It was really unbelievable how little thought and expertise went into launching missiles at the capital of another country, one that was apparently "coming along" in terms of toning down its anti-Western rhetoric and support of terrorism. As far as I'm concerned the Afghanistan bases were fair game--after all, the CIA built those camps in the first place--and what they giveth they may taketh away. But blowing up that pharmaceutical factory--which has to date not been conclusively linked to terrorists--was downright criminal
