Frank, thank you for your response to my "beginner's" questions. I guess I'm still a bit confused by the way people throw around those terms. For example, people say that Cisco has no Level 3 solution. Does that mean that their technologies cannot handle IP? Or does that mean that they do not have voIP? Or what? Is it true?
