Neil, Thx I didn't see the 1.2mm trade but that represents 6% of the outstanding shares in this company. If it was an old bondholder selling to an interested party it could be the first step towards something like that. I have no idea but it would certainly make sense if I were HD ceo. Some of their locations would be ideal for mini HD's or distribution locations, but most all are located in densely populated areas that HD was unable to penetrate "cheaply". Maybe, I'll get lucky someday since I am in this down from 2 1/2. sks1
