Just spoke with the company. A 13d filing is being filed an should appear on Edgar within a few days stating that through NuVen Advisors, Fred Luke plans on purchasing (on the open market) up to 50M shares and may consider taking the company private.

Take it for what it is worth. I will not try to read into it but would appreciate other's thoughts.
