If you have never made the effort to obtain information, then you can never know personally whether the statements of others are true, i.e., that any shareholder (and non-shareholder, for that matter) can obtain the same information if they are willing to take the initiative.
If you HAVEN'T made the effort to call and inquire, why not? Further, if you haven't contacted Medsker and taken him up on his offer to arrange a conference call for you and your alleged list, again, why not? IMO, >b>your credibility is on the line, not theirs.
