Rapid increase in production and resulting cash flow will allow the company to catch up with CF to DEBT ratio in time.

Regarding acquisition. This was no small acquisition and they took the route they had to go. Would rather see them progress with required activity at a reasonable level of debt. With expected growth projections, they will be able to take advantage of credit facilities from this point in time. I wouldn't want to see another equity offering until shares are over $6.00 in value.
