Ken: Good questions. But once again, you "attack" the messenger....
I suspect that if I called the Company today that I would, indeed, be able to get directly to Mr. Murphy. But where in the last couple of days did I complain about not having answers to questions? What I have been complaining about is the unprofessional manner in which the Company releases info. The most recent instance involving the CC is just one example. The apparent ongoing leaking of info to a few friends is another. The recurring formal release of info one month/quarter, only to have a new/different "explanation" the next month/quarter, is also part of it.

Thanks to others who are much more analytical and persistent than I, a lot of my questions get answered without my calling the company. And, frankly, I feel the information thus obtained is, shall we say, more dependable. GE.
