sks, The 1.2 million trade actually showed a price of $1 last night. Today is interesting so far. Last trade was a 10,000 block. Sho does look like some quiet acumulation-I hope. I researched some of the reporting on the Kansas city Star site. I liked the emphasis that former ceo was finance man and did not know much else. He apparently squandered a billion dollars or so. New ceo worked himself up from ground floor. Developed very successful "Walmart" expansion into Canada. New focus for payless. Develop pro and remodleing market. Getting rid of do it yourself focus. Merger or not, this company appears to be a buy to me. Neil
