OK,guys I am gonna explain this one last time.
It takes 50 shares of GARN to make one share of AVV as traded
on the Amex.Garn is now at .o11x50=.55.BUT,the deal is for AVV
to give .02 for each and everyshare of GARN,so 50x.02=1.00.

Right now,the way the game is played is to F all the little guys out
on these merger deals.Do not buy GARN.The money will be made on AVV.
