Since that time, John has not responded to an E-MAIL that I sent him this past saturday. I offered to buy 10 million shares of PRWT if he put in writing that PRWT will not do a reverse split. No response. The last E-MAIL that I sent was answered by a gentleman that said he owns 5 million shares and PRWT will be trading between 40-50 cents with-in 4-6 months. He also stated he is heavily invested in USXP. Recommended a buy at $1.00 per share as several weeks later it should be at $4.00 per. USXP is at 20 cents per share today and going lower. Be careful of the scams my friend. MTEI, BICO,DYGN and USXP are classic examples. Peace
