Hi Jerry,

Yes it was Jonathan (he has been in and out of the office over the past few days). If Fred truly does plan on buying shares on the open market, then it will be an expensive undertaking for him. He may be able to buy quite a bit of shares at these lower prices but eventually the price will rise as less and less shareholders are willing to sell at such low levels.

Just my thoughts but if we see Fred buying and FXWA adding additional properties, then we may finally be in a good position. The higher percentage of NUOA Fred owns means he then owns a higher percentage of the FXWA shares NUOA has after the FXWA deal is completed.

Down the road, it would seem, Fred is more likely to want to spin-off the FXWA shares to shareholders as he would have the most to gain. A few million dollar investment on his part now could generate many millions for him (assuming he has built value into FXWA).

Anything he does to reduce the dilution, build value for NUOA/FXWA, and possibly spin-off the FXWA shares would be the best thing that has happened to the company in a long time.

Ken
