Reality is here and the market is poking higher and higher. The trend has been long and gold cannot hold $300. Option play or not, no one should feel smart enough to guess what's the underlying force driving this market up. Long is the trend now - not short. By the time people figure out what the heck happens, a new theme would have emerged. Plan a trade, trade a plan - big dog's famous word.

Stopped out on INTV short this morning, close out GIFI, went long NBTY big time. Glad I sold my CL put yesterday - they posted a very good quarter today. The OSX very likely had put in a double bottom two days ago. FGII is my #1 stock to go long. Will take up position if they close on a positive note. Meantime, cash is king.
