Who is buying? The combined KKRO/FRI company is buying shares to keep their NASDAQ listing in good standing. The merger company (Family Restaurants) is still a dog. I will be voting "NO" on the merger due to their enormous debt and continued losses. The buying may also be attributed to the rumor of KKRO's first profitable quarter since the company started. Great concept, but poor management. There is a possibility of another suitor if the merger is not approved. GG
