What do you make of the polls (both Wash Post and NYT/CBS) which now say that sentiment is turning against Congress and in favor of the President again? Do you question those results or do you think they will reverse yet again? Btw, the whole govt shutdown threat seems to work like a charm for Clinton every time. As Kemp said recently, when under any pressure, the GOP leadership rolls over, takes it up the rear, and then thanks Clinton yet again for doing it. See Novak's column today. (Okay, so I'm embellishing a bit on what Kemp said.)
