late this afternoon drom traded a block of 40000sh @.40 a considerable increase over is last trade. It is indicated at .25-.625 obviously its a market that is by appointment only. Vertucci has maintained until today that he did not know the specifics of the sec initiative(who nos what to call it,investigation information gathering?)However his lawyer got the package today and hopefully this thing will be clarified. All i can say is call vertucci on thursday to try to find out.It seems curious that the sec halts trading on dec 4 and does not inform the company till dec 31 and allows trading again.
