DSSI annual meeting went well.
Though there is no new news.
Comverge is progressing well and before year end and early into 99 they should came with some contract with Major utilities.
Their pilot with TVA is on going. Though it will take a year before a major contract will came out of that.
In view of utility deregulation law expect a contract in the next couple of months. Probably NY NJ PN are or even in all three.

Tower should came with neutral cash flow. and 4th Q is looking better. Again we need motorola to clear its inventory.

If comverge can get a private placement and its expenses carried separately then dssi will have + cash flow.

So in a way it is the same old story. And in today market current earning only matter. In the meanwhile dssi trades well below it assets value to its cash holding. not to mention to potential future earning.
