For the record, LLTC will give a P&F buy signal today at $50. Due to the way p&f charts are constructed, yesterday added another 'O' to a column and charts can't give buy signals when they're in a column of O's. No, p&f doesn't try to get you in at the bottom, but it usually gets you in when it is reasonably safe to get in. RS in still on a sell, and in a column of O's, so p&f doesn't necessarily confirm your 'sit back and relax' attitude (but I agree with you).
You've had a great couple of days between LLTC and RATL! Too bad my holdings are spread all over creation. I should manage my IRA and my regular holdings the same way I manage my wife's IRA. She's got LLTC, RATL, CNC, BGEN, NVLS, ASL, and SFY (jeers for the last one, but cheers for the others).
