Ken, Will it be Nuven Advisors buying up to 50 million shares not nuoa buying back shares? If it is Nuven, why do they have to file with the SEC prior to the transaction? I would think they would only have to file once they acquired 5% of the stock. I'm not an expert at this stuff but, that's my understanding. I'm thinking out load here but, it may be because of Nuven's affiliation with NUOA. Either way this is great news for NUOA shareholders. Now we need to see it executed! Ted
