Yaacov and All. Wow. Did the market ever like those cuts. DOW up over 200 points. BTW, in case you did not know. We have a new budget approved. Talk about Brazil getting a nice IMF package soon. Budget includes 18 mill. funding for IMF. Ok, some good news. Let's see what can knock the markets down next. Tomorrow is option expiry. gg. Hope that you have not gone to bed yet. Nice news to sleep on. But talk still persists about the markets going lower. Sonny
