As all Societe Anonyme members know,, that we have been following VIP from 7 3/4 on daily basis .. it just hit ,, 12 1/2 in less than a week ,,
I warned my friend Frank Griffstine (Doc) at VIP thread to cover his short positions,, as savany has no clue ... LOL
Our next target is 17 on this ,, as I have spoken to the management extensively.. they are getting paid in USD equivalent in rubles,,
fixed at the time of the contract,,
The celluar market is directed to top 2% of the Russians and they do not see major revenue down fall ,, although it will be affected by the late economic trend ,,
Next target is 17 ,, as funds will push this ,, to get their money back ,, from high of 69 ,,, with trailing PE of 4 ,,, and EPS of 2.28 ..
