Looks to like they paid for the latest acquisitions by issuing stock. There was a reverse split (March98?) and now the earnings are based on 6 million outstanding. This would indicate (to me) a typical market "reward" for the dilution. If the numbers are correct this could very well be the price bottom. At least I am willing to bet on that at this time..... hopefully the numbers are correct. Dennis
