what they giveth they may taketh away... Note from the grammar police: "giveth" is 3rd person singular; "givest" is 2nd person singular; in 1st person singular and plurals, it is "give." Thus: What they give they may take away. Shame on you, Borzou! Tsk, tsk! Otherwise, on your substantive points, you are right, of course. :-) In addition, I would question the right of the United States to take any unilateral act of this kind, even if it seems "justified." We have done so many times in the pre-Clinton past, of course. But what if some other country decided to follow our example? jbe
