It sounds better,ie. Fred buying back shares, than diluting it even more to raise cash. As Ted has said in his posts, if the financing comes through, the combination of less shares outstanding and more cash in the till, should help push the price up a few cents. The question I have is, does this mean revenue is coming in slower than expected in Tunisia? And if this is so, perhaps he feels that fewer shares outstanding may be the only way to get the price up. But, this has been obvious for months, hasn't it?
