I'm sure a lot of us are preparing responses to the conference call as I write mine. I think this was a good way to communicate with shareholders. It is very reassuring to hear Tilton give us updates first hand on all the projects TNRG is involved in. While specifics in terms of dates continue to be lacking, he presented optimism that the projects were moving forward and many had potential to produce excellent revenues and results. I'm also glad he addressed the Chinese investment deal and how the debentures work. It was reassuring to hear that these are not going to take down the company in some manner.

While he talked about the financial condition of the company at the end being stable, he failed to address the dilution or reverse split question. Throughout the discussion he addressed questions he had been getting from shareholders. I would hazard to get that the most frequent question he probably receives is the dreaded reverse split question. While he has told investors, including myself, that he had no plans to reverse split, I was quite disappointed that he did not say it in the conference call. If he is so concerned about the stock price, one major way to reassure investors of penny stocks is to flat out say that there will be no reverse split. One question that has been addressed by others in the past is how the debentures relate to reverse splits. Will the $3.00 conversion still be the same if the stock splits or does it change with the reverse?

Tilton also did not address the dilution of the stock or the cancellation of shares. It would have been nice to get some clarification on this.

In my opinion the stock remains extremely risky. If we get a reverse or further, massive dillution, we will be screwed. If Tilton can hold the line on reverses and dillution and get us some positive news on any of the products in the coming weeks/months, we will make a ton of dough. That's my humble opinion. Mr. Tilton are you out there? You mentioned Silicon Investor in your discussion. It would be interesting to know if he follows our discussion.
