(NSCP) Chairman of the Board James Clark sold 450,000 shares of common stock between September 4 and September 17 at a range of $21.00 to $22.40 per share, according to a Form 4 released today by the SEC. Clark owned 13,449,684 shares indirectly after the transaction.
