One question that has been addressed by others in the past is how the debentures relate to reverse splits. Will the $3.00 conversion still be the same if the stock splits or does it change with the reverse? asked and answered on the thread already. He also welcomed calls from investor on the CC. He has said many times no reverse split, give him a call , I am sure on the next CC if enough ask him, he will discuss it.
