I'm sure TSIG is a great company, hopefully it's better at increasing shareholder value than this particular investor is at his due diligence. In short... KCAP has absolutely nothing to do with MLM. I believe that their client(s) (AT&T, etc.) may currently or in the past been involved with network marketing, but not Key Capital Corp. directly. Which is not to say that they shouldn't... While I'm fairly certain that there aren't any MBA candidates involved in this discussion, your particular business beliefs won't change the fact that Sprint became the third largest provider of Long Distance services through MLM. jam0123
