The outstanding shares have been a great concern to me! EPS, market cap, etc can't be calculated until we have an accurate assessment of what the number is. The transfer agent is of course accurate, but management does not seem to have a handle on the outstanding shares, as whom ever you talk to has a different number. I talked to Bill Wolters and he said 5 million. Jim Crehan (sp?) says the 19 million may be correct but there may be some restricted, etc.

If management doesn't know about stock of the company, maybe they shouldn't be in management!

Then we get reports of 3 Capscans in a unit to sell someone else says 4. Who are we to believe? Is this Company really this disorganized?
