CTC Greenspan does not care about indices skidding. He calims that they are logty to begin with etc. and claims that he worries mostly about inflation. What precipitated this sudden bombshell rate drop? Maybe I am too paranoid. I just can't understand why he couldn't wait till the next FOMC. What happened really. Did some billion dollarhedge fund threaten to fold? Did china drp a hint for a devaluation? Run on latin america? Anyway, I am on the sideline as of today's close all invested in short term bonds.
