Dennis, sometimes the Co. chooses to put important information into their 10k and not do a press release. Hidden inside the report is wonderful information about this Co. Sometimes they have a press release rehashing old news. It's hard to tell what the strategy is or what the logic is.

There's DOT contracts that could be included in a press release or there could be a press release about their new products, including one that was unveiled yesterday. Or maybe there could be new analyst coverage. Like I said, it's hard to predict what's going to come out in a press release and when. Your guess is as good as mine.
