NEC is introducing a USB version of Clik!. It will be demoed at COMDEX

Zip retail price point is to be $99... to come later. Disks retail price point needed to go to $99/10pak now. OEM price points are a matter of contract between the OEMs and IOM.

11% of the total OEM production is coming from licensees now, that's up from 5% in Q2. Licensees are gearing up production and are excited by the positive turn in the business model.

All bank covenents are in compliance and expected to stay that way now that the corner has been turned in the business model. Firm relations with the banks and creditors.

Bank covenents forbid stock buy-back at this time.

Will not chase competitor's who are pricing themselves out of business.

SONY challenge: we have higher capacity, higher speed, lower cost working drives in the lab that can and will be released when and if SONY delivers and IF SONY becomes a serious competitor.
